Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors; answer and route calls.
- Clerical Support: Handle photocopying, faxing, filing, and document preparation.
- Information Management: Retrieve and summarize information from various sources; manage mail and correspondence flow.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry and administrative inquiries; maintain office supplies and equipment.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of customer service principles, including assessing customer needs, maintaining quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing and file management.

  • Strong grasp of the English language, encompassing vocabulary, spelling, composition rules, and grammar.

  • Capable of clear and concise communication, both in writing and verbally, to convey information effectively.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

  • Familiarity with relevant office software and technology, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

  • Ability to maintain composure and perform effectively under pressure to meet targets.

  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.

  • Fluency in Spanish, encompassing both verbal and written communication skills.
